Anxiety Disorders

Anxiety is the most common reason people seek therapy.  In fact,
close to 20% of the population in the United States suffers from
some type of anxiety disorder.*  You are far from alone! 
The good news is that anxiety disorders are also treatable, and
CBT is the treatment of choice for dealing with anxiety disorders.
